Summary
Section titled “Summary”Integrations let your KonversAI assistant act during a conversation, not only write an answer. You add each one on the Assistant tools screen in the KonversAI console. Select Settings in the left sidebar, then select AI tools. This page lists what you can connect today. The list grows over time, including connections customers ask for. If you need a connection that is not here, contact KonversAI support.
Who can do this
Section titled “Who can do this”A team member with the View tools permission opens the Assistant tools screen in the KonversAI console. A team member with the Modify tools permission adds and configures tools. A Tenant Admin holds both permissions, always. Without View tools, the item AI tools does not appear under Settings in the left sidebar. Ask a Tenant Admin to grant Modify tools on the User permissions screen.

What is the difference between an integration and a channel?
Section titled “What is the difference between an integration and a channel?”A channel is how a customer starts a conversation: the chat widget, email, voice, or Meta (Messenger and Instagram Direct). You set channels up under Settings → Entry-points in the KonversAI console. An integration is a tool the assistant can call after the conversation has started, such as looking up an order or posting to Slack. You manage integrations on Settings → AI tools.
