More reliable email routing and delivery
We’ve hardened the email channel so inbound and outbound mail is handled more consistently.
In Settings → Email → Inbound addresses, only addresses with status Verified route customer mail into your tenant. Pending or failed addresses remain visible for setup but do not accept traffic until the forwarding test succeeds.
Sending domain DNS checks are more stable: a temporary lookup error during Check DNS no longer marks a working domain as failed, so outbound mail is less likely to be blocked by a one-off DNS glitch.
Replies stay in the same conversation thread, and duplicate deliveries from the mail provider no longer create double threads or duplicate AI responses.
