Clearer topic health with Knowledge Match Strength

On the Knowledge scorecard and each topic detail page, we replaced Answered rate with Knowledge Match Strength (Norwegian: Kunnskapsrelevans, Swedish: Kunskapsrelevans).

Instead of a simple yes/no on whether a question was answered, each topic now shows how well your knowledge base matched incoming questions on a 0–100% scale. A score of 72% means queries in that topic found reasonably relevant documents on average — not just that some passed a hidden threshold. Topics with missing or weak document matches will score lower, making it easier to see where to improve content.

The trend chart and traffic-light indicators use the same score, so you can track whether a topic is getting stronger or weaker over time.
