Forms editor: how many steps, when to use Smart text
Steps: Under Steps & fields, a short note recommends 3 to 6 steps for a multi-step form. One or two steps is still fine for a simple contact form. More than six is better as separate forms.
Smart text: When you pick the Smart text (AI response) field type, help text explains to use it for a free-text inquiry the AI should answer, and to skip it on short static forms (name, phone, email).
