Hear the notification chime as you set the volume
Open Notifications in the top bar and turn Sound on — you’ll hear the chime once. Move the Volume slider to hear it again at the level you just chose, so you can pick a comfortable volume before a real conversation comes in.
The chime now also plays while you are looking at the console, not only when the tab is in the background. Browser notifications still wait until you switch away.
