Open email and Meta drafts show in Waiting now
Conversations → Live overview now includes conversations with an open reply draft in Waiting now, not only visitors who are live on the page.
When an email or Meta conversation has a reply in draft or awaiting review, it appears in that lane with a Pending review chip and its channel badge. Click the row to jump straight into the thread and send or edit the reply. Live chat waiters still appear the same way as before (green presence + Waiting badge).
