Regenerate AI drafts in email and Meta
When an AI draft is not quite right, you can ask for a new one without waiting for another customer message. Open a pending email or Meta draft and click Regenerate response. The current draft is kept as rejected for the audit trail, and a new reply is generated for you to review before sending. Regenerating never auto-sends, even if auto-send is on for the channel.
