Messenger and Instagram are now a channel
You can now connect Facebook Messenger and Instagram so customer messages land in KonversAI alongside chat, email, and voice.
Open Settings → Entry points → Meta, connect with Facebook Login for Business, and choose which Page or Instagram account to link. Once connected, new conversations appear under Conversations → Meta.
