See customer mood on each topic
Open Knowledge → Topics (from the scorecard) and open any topic to find the Mood landscape chart.
Each dot is a customer message with a detected mood. Up is more positive; left is closer to the topic. Use 7d / 30d / 90d, and click the mood count chips to hide or show negative, neutral, or positive points. Click a dot to jump to that message in the chat console.
