Redesigned operator inbox overview
The Conversations → Inbox overview is now a unified, channel-aware inbox instead of two side-by-side lanes.
Filter by channel with the pills at the top — Email, Form, Voice, and Meta only appear when those channels are enabled for your workspace. See today’s volume and waiting counts in the header, and work through priority sections: Currently active (anyone whose chat widget is live right now, even if they already got a reply), Needs attention (pending drafts), and Others needing attention. Empty sections stay on the page with a short placeholder, so the inbox layout never jumps. Click any row to jump straight into the conversation.
