Connect integrations before configuring them
When you add or edit an integration tool that uses API keys (HubSpot, Shopify, Skykontoret CRM, BookVisit, Yayloh, and similar), Settings → Assistant tools now asks for Connection details first.
Enter shop domain, CRM URL, or other connection fields together with your secrets, then click Test connection. After the live check succeeds, the rest of the configuration (pipelines, case groups, product options, and so on) becomes available.
If you change a secret or a connection field later, test the connection again to unlock the advanced settings.
After the connection is verified, Save changes also runs a full settings check (for example case groups or pipelines). Invalid settings are not saved. Test connection remains the credentials check.
