Your console assistant can now answer and act
The chat bubble in the console is now your own workspace assistant. Until now it answered questions about KonversAI. Now it is signed in with you, on your workspace, and it can both answer and act.
Ask it things like “how many conversations are unresolved this week?”, “which questions do we not have answers for?”, or “archive the document about last year’s prices”. It can look up conversations, documents, knowledge gaps and settings, and make changes for you.
It is safe by design. The assistant sees only your own workspace, every action is tied to your signed-in user, and sensitive changes wait for your explicit approval before anything happens. Product questions still work: it searches the KonversAI help docs when you ask “how do I…”.
