Active, Inactive, and All views in the Email console
The Email console sidebar title is now a view picker: choose Active, Inactive, or All before Emails so it reads as one phrase (for example Active Emails).
- Active (default) is your working inbox: threads that still need attention. It hides spam, threads waiting for the customer after you sent a reply, and conversations you closed.
- Inactive is the rest — the exact inverse of Active — so every thread lives in one place or the other.
- All shows everything with no mailbox filter.
List badges match that model: Closed, Spam (including off-topic mail), and Waiting for customer (replacing “Sent”). When a customer replies to a closed email thread, it reopens automatically and returns to Active emails.
