Product cards in the chat console
When the AI recommends Shopify products in a live chat, users and operators now see a horizontal product carousel, directly under the agent reply in Conversations → Chat.
Each card shows the product image, title, and price. Click a card to open the product. When Shopify provides it, cards also show an In stock tag and a discount percent. Scroll sideways or use the chevrons to browse multiple recommendations without leaving the console.
