See which page a visitor was viewing
Chat conversations now show the website page attached to each visitor message. Open a conversation and use the Viewed on link beneath a message to open the relevant page in a new tab.
Visitors can remove the current page from their chat context at any time. The widget now presents this as a compact one-line control with an information button explaining what is shared and how stored knowledge-base content may be used.
