Send an email to many customers at once
You can now start email conversations from the console instead of waiting for customers to write in first. In Conversations → Email, the new + New button next to the mailbox opens a compose page.
Paste the recipient addresses in any format — a spreadsheet column, a comma-separated list, or Outlook’s "Name" <name@example.com> — and they appear as a recipient list on the right as you type. Add a subject, write the message in the markdown editor, and press Send.
Each recipient gets their own separate email and their own thread in your inbox, so replies come back as ordinary one-to-one conversations. Nothing is sent until you press the send button, and if one address fails the rest still go out — the failed ones stay on the page so you can retry them.
