Custom off-topic classification instructions
You can now add optional off-topic classification instructions under Settings → Assistant preferences.
These rules are used only by the off-topic guard that decides whether a customer message is in scope. They do not change how the assistant phrases answers. Leave the field blank to keep the default classifier behavior.
