A clearer chat widget, with starter questions
The visitor chat widget has a cleaner shell: While the assistant works, visitors see a compact activity card (for example searching the knowledge base and how many documents were found) in the same language as the reply. The settings preview matches what visitors see. You can add up to 3 starter questions under Chat widget settings → Texts visible to the end-user, in the same table as your bubble text and welcome message. Clicking a row sends that exact question. Put a line break in the welcome message if you want a large headline plus supporting text underneath.
