Prove your domain before its sending records appear
Setting up a sending domain in Settings → Entry-points → Email now happens in two steps. The Status for sending emails panel first shows a single TXT record on the domain root — publish it and select Check DNS to confirm the domain is yours.
The SPF and DKIM records for sending mail are issued right after that check passes, in the same panel. A domain already part-way through setup shows the ownership record again until it is confirmed; nothing you have already published is lost. Each domain can be confirmed by one workspace — if yours reports that another workspace holds it, contact support.
