See what the assistant is answering, as it happens
The inbox’s live section used to show chat only. Email, forms, voice and Instagram/Messenger have no “visitor is on the page” signal to read, so a mail arriving and being answered by the assistant left no trace in the overview at all — if your inbox replies automatically, your busiest channel looked idle.
That section is now Happening now, and it covers every channel. A thread appears there while the assistant is writing a reply (“Writing a reply”) and stays for a few minutes after a reply goes out unreviewed (“Answered automatically”), so when you sit down at the console you can see what was handled while you were away. Replies waiting for your review are unchanged — they stay in Needs attention, where you approve or edit them.
Nothing new pings your phone: the assistant getting on with its work is not something we will wake you for.
