Meta conversations show the Facebook or Instagram profile name
Conversation Details for Messenger and Instagram now shows the visitor’s Meta profile name when we have it from Facebook.
If the name is not available yet, you will see Messenger user or Instagram user instead of a long numeric id. Opening a thread also retries fetching the profile name in the background.
