Verified contacts show in conversation details
When an end user verifies their identity, Conversation Details now shows their contact card — name, SkyDyn membership chips on the profile when matched, a card per integration (Shopify orders, HubSpot tickets/leads, Yayloh returns, Skykontoret cases, and others), and a collapsible list of related conversations — without leaving the thread.
If this conversation was handed over, the matching ticket, lead, or Skykontoret case is pinned and highlighted on that integration card. Hand-offs that are not in those lists appear on a KonversAI card instead. Email follow-up (when convert-to-email is available) still sits under the card.
View profile → still opens the full Contacts page with the same integration cards (including HubSpot property badges and up to 20 recent rows). Unverified visitors keep the shorter identity line until they verify; the KonversAI handover card and email follow-up still appear under End user when available.
