WooCommerce stores can now be connected
WooCommerce joins Shopify as a supported store. Add the toolset under Settings → AI tools, paste your store URL and a read-only REST API key, and the agent can answer catalog questions straight away and order questions once the customer has verified their email.
Contact profiles pick it up too: open a contact and you’ll see their recent WooCommerce orders, each linking into wp-admin.
Two limits worth knowing up front. WooCommerce stores no tracking numbers of its own, so the agent reports whether an order has been dispatched but never a tracking link. And WooCommerce’s product search matches words rather than ranking by relevance, so it finds less from a long question than from a short one — the agent is told to retry with the customer’s most specific word when a search comes up empty.
