Widget-demo chats open in a Test folder console
Chats you start from Settings → Test this widget while signed in as an admin or operator of that workspace go to a Test folder instead of Inbox or Overview. Open it from the demo page or from the engagement config — it uses the same operator chat console (list + thread), without the details pane.
Reply, close, or delete test threads there just like production chat. Sign in first: without a staff session, chats started on the demo page are treated as production.
