Forms: brand colours, per-language wording, and per-field tools
Three new sections in the form editor.
Appearance sets the colours of the public form. Leave a colour empty and it is inherited from your chat widget settings, so your brand only has to be set in one place. Existing forms look exactly as before until you change something.
Language holds your own wording per language — form and step titles, field labels, help text, dropdown options, the submit button and the completion message. Buttons, hints and error messages are already translated for you; visitors get their own language from the browser, or from ?lang= on the embed.
Tools this field may use appears under a smart-text field’s Advanced settings. A field that has not been configured answers from your knowledge base; tick anything else it should be able to reach. Handover is deliberately not in the list: it belongs in Completion actions, where the whole submission is in hand, rather than firing halfway through a form.
